I can haz Porsche ( Rotty finally buys a new car )

Like I said before wasn't a dig at the car at all, very very nice motor and I bet it's a bag of fun to drive (plenty of grin factor), apologies if my comment kinda derailed the thread a little, some people just seem to pick up on small comments and try and make yet another internet argument over it.

no problem your comments are vaild and on the mark

Get real, somebody posts a car like that and you go 'well its boring and practical' of course you are going to get comments on it. A Volvo Estate is boring and practical, a 2 seater Coupe with the engine behind the seats isn't. If you are going to post eye raising opinions be prepared to explain them, otherwise don't post them :p

What is it with Mustang owners thinking they have some sort of exotic car which makes everything else dull in comparison. You realise that over the states the Mustang is the American equivilent of a Mondeo Coupe? ;)

The Cayman S is excellent - it's interesting, its fast, its fun, it's not even remotely sensible and it looks fab. What a car Rotty :)

Stop being a plonker and behave, nothing to do with the car I currently own and nor do I have some sort of hyped up opinion of other cars/owners. Never said the car was boring in the slightest, I just aired a 'personal' opinion/preference (not some sort of global fact) that I considered it a fairly sensible car (ie. not bad/worse/or whatever thatn anything else) especially with Rotty in mind. As I commented before I do not wish to derail Rotty's thread showing off his smart new motor so how about this stupid argument drops?

I understand and agree with what your saying anyway... :)

Fox probably doesn't understand how un-practical cars can be.. Something like a Lotus Exige, TVR Chimaera, Caterham R400 ... ETC ETC takes it to a whole new level if you've just come from a 5 series :p

Oh and nice car :p Although aren't you slightly worried if you have trouble selling your M3 now?

Always loved Porsche's since I was about 8 years old - so a good 30 years (only slightly diluted when my mum bought a 944 turbo a few years ago that was no end of trouble)

Favourtie of all time is still the 959, but great choice Rotty
