Spore game removal?

EA hosts your Spore account on Spore.com, they can certainly ban it if they "had" to.

This, of course, does not mean that I support the way they're ****ing on paying customers.
 
Wow that's incredibly lame. Blizzard doesn't do this on the WoW forums at all - you can spam and troll and be a dick in general on the official forums (where you have to log in with your WoW account) and while you will get suspended and banned, your actual game account is untouched. Discussion and gaming are kept strictly separate.
 
I don't agree with them generally, but having bans count for both forum and game is definitely a good way to keep their forums cleaner.
 
I palyed through it, started space stage...flew around saving planets/colonies constantly, and I'm bored now.
 
dodgy...very dodgy. I'd hazard a guess that this is either a) misinterpretation and exaggerated and is not in fact true b) if actually true wouldnt hold up if a player banned decided to challenge it in court.

gaming sooooo needs its own regulator...
