2key limet on ps2 keyboard:mad:

did nobody else used to sit in lessons in school holding down 3 keys to get it to beep and annoy teachers? :p

i cant believe how few people seem to know about/remember this, since it is in almost any cheap keyboard. A keyboard can call itself a "gamer" keyboard pretty much just for being able to have more keys depressed at a time. It is to do with internal wiring and not drivers. The "special" keys are generally on a different wire etc.

@thedinks Your keyboard is faultyI had the Eclipse one (still do on my now spare PC) and i can hold down much more than 2 keys at a time, more like 5/6 iirc. As can someone else in this thread.

Oi I got it partly right ;) - been a while since Ive come past a cheap keyboard :p. Probably a good thing that no ones does remember - just shows people dont use tat now...

ps3ud0

I would have been so annoyed if this keyboard also had the 2key limet too, a waste of £15:D I will get another g15 or better when I can afford £50+. But saying that this keyboard feels very nice to use and all the media buttons work without using the software.

My Saitek Eclipse has the same problem.

I can't walk diagonally in games (2 arrow keys + walk key). It only has the problem with certain key combinations though as Ctrl+Alt+Del works.

Well that might explain my problem then as my walk key is Numpad_Insert which is next to the arrow keys.

What a silly design if that's what's causing it.
