I've not had a Tagan PSU before but I haven't heard anything bad about them. It should be fine :)

I can't fault the spec really, looking good :)

Maybe go for the E8600 & a good heatsink if you can afford it, you can get a very good overclock out of the E8600.

No, its the result of 2 and a half hours on the toilet

We, Overclockers UK (OcUK) are happy to provide the resources of these forums to responsible individuals without charge. They cost a substantial amount of money to maintain and use considerable amounts of bandwith which is paid for exclusively by us. As you know OcUK are in the computer hardware business and therefore the promotion of OcUK's competitors is forbidden. Examples of promotion are :-

* Posting links to competitors websites
* Posting links to reviews that promote competitors
* Quoting the names or contact details of competitors
* Offering to provide the names or contact details of competitors
* Hinting about product availability at competitors and their pricing
* Using the forums to notify a member of intent or actual supply of names or contact details of competitors
* Listing competitors names, URL's or e-mail addresses in signatures
* Listing competitors names, URL's or e-mail addresses in profile
* Posting links to or the mentioning of auction sites
* Disguising attempts to do any of the above

As pointed out by Craig edit out the competitors.

Also check how many amps the PSU has on the 12v rail/rails. You should be looking for a total/combined total of over 35amps, to be playing it safe with high end graphics cards.

Yep it is, but the P35 chipset has been replaced by the P45 chipset (which I linked to earlier).

Go for a P45 they are better at overclocking, newer, and have PCIe 2.0 capabilities :)

Tagan make good PSU's. Dont see why you wont get a decent overclock out of the E8200 either, so dont see a need for spending more to get the E8600 (thats my personal opinion).

Iv settled on this :
Any thoughts?

Got 2 Hannspree XM-S New York's on my main box here, and they're great little monitors. Look really good with an industrial-esque built machine.
