I got one now, but I am sure someone else will appreciate a spare code if it is going. I will try to get another, but as the final page of the process never loaded for me, I have no idea how many are left.

Mine did the same, then I look in my eurogamer inbox and there is a mail with the code, you may have already got the code, but the final page did not load, check http://gamers.eurogamer.net/alerts.php to go straight to your mail section.
