Howdy :)

My lappy has an 8600mGT, and I'm using the latest laptopvideo2go drivers - 177.98's.

The digital vibrancy keeps defaulting to 100%, which looks terrible.. everything's too saturated, and I'm getting blinded by the HDR in HL2 :p

I can go into the NV control panel and turn the vibrancy settings to 0%, but it just doesn't stick - the changes will apply, but I'll notice a while later that it's back up to 100% when my desktop becomes garish :(

Anyone know a way to force the digital vibrancy settings to stick, or disable it altogether? Anyone know if it could be an incompatability with rivatuner, or just cack NV drivers?

Cheers :)

I have exactly the same problem and it's proper hacking me off because I need accurate colour reproduction on my lappy as I use it at work.

Any solution would be great!

are you using the same drivers?

I might rollback to some previous ones, see if it resolves the issue..

Yes it is a known fault with the 177.98 drivers. The digital vibrancy setting always jumps to 100% on bootup regardless of what you set it at. If you rollback to 177.92 the problem will go away.
