It's CoverSutra but skinned to remove the cases and use a bit of sticky tape to hold the cover to the desktop. I prefer that effect than a jewel case.

It's GeekTool. Dunno if it'll stay, just having a play really. It's showing a calendar, time, processes, uptime and iTunes.
