Citylink late packages

Do citylink pay double the delivery cost on late packages?

I ordered a GPS for my bike on Monday from a shop and it never turned up yesterday, does anyone know if they pay double the cost when delivery's are late? I heard they do but unsure and don't know if I have to ring them?

im unsure as its citylink and another company im not sure you will get anything back

I know I can at least get postage refunded just somewhere said they refund 200% for late deliverys.

If they deliver late due to a mistake on thier part (i.e routed to the wrong depot) they may allow the sender to claim for double the delivery cost back. It depends on the account holders agreement with them, if they have agreed a really low delivery price they may not have the option for claiming double back.

As above plus you as the buyer are entitled to a refund of your postage charges from the seller.
