Just wanted to say they really do have an excellent RMA service. They dont anoy you. The replace the memory fast!!

Unfortunatly have had to use them twice tho. Does Crucial memory have high rates of failure? Never the less, cant fault the service!
 
mine just failed 2 months old Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 PC2-8500C5 1066MHz Dual Channel Kit (BL2KIT12864AA106A)
RMA time....

Yes, their Ballistix range seems to have a fairly high rate of failure. It's good RAM, but unreliable

I had 4 x 1GB 6400 ballistix sticks all fail on me a couple of weeks back, very fast RMA from crucial, btw. Ram was purchased Sept 07.

I now had 4 x 1GB unopened doing nowt, as i replaced them with Corsair Dominators, as fast as the RMA was, i couold not wait.
