Portfolio website changed

I know I have posted it before, but I have fiddled and changed my portfolio website quite considerably over the last few months. I have replaced monoslideshow with pixelpost, which has allowed me to greatly customize the entire structure of the gallery. I have also integrated a paypal purchasing system, as well as using cutenews for a blog on the first page. Ive done quite a lot of testing and tweaking, but if you come across any bugs, or areas that you feel should be changed then please say so. Anyway, what do you think?

Ps. It now includes all my 'portfolio' shots, right back to when I started photography. Im working on a system to disable shots from the gallery, but still have them archived on the system. I also have quite a few recent shots to process and upload, but they will come as time goes on.

Great site

The gallery is really nice, I really like the B&W stuff you do.. Especially the men of steam.

Currently looking at getting my own site done for some of my wildlife stuff, just need to get round to doing it!

I like it, I like the banner at the top with the picture slideshow thing on it, how did you do that?

Cheers guys. Still needs tweaking a bit, and I have some ideas I want to implement, but overall im pleased with the result.

That uses monoslideshow with all the controls disabled.

What bit do you mean? Do you mean the weird effect in the right hand side of the image? What browser you using?

yeah, that weird effect, but it only happens on your site, but then I'm using Chrome so it's probably a bug with that.

All great pics there Messiah. My only comment would be, when I click on say the wildlife section, then scroll through using the next arrow, I end up in other sections (like the people) rather than looping around back to the start of the wildlife. Is this intentional?

Hmm, I can't reproduce that error. When I get to the end, it just reloads the last image. What does the url say when it does that? Does it have the ?showimage=270&category=2 part?

Really Liking the site....I changing my hosting company to get more space..so one job on the list is a gallery

I think I have enough hosting space for now, but one reason I made the site is for it to act as a backup for my portfolio. I will be uploading every 'postable' image, even if they get hidden on the actual site. That way if my house was to burn down/be in a nuclear explosion etc, then I will at least have some backup of the best images.

Using it as a backup will be an option for me once I get new hosting (changed the IPS tag from my hosting company today....so once that sorted I will order new hosting and away we go..lol)
