I may be going so put me down as a maybe.

The fact that ~J~ isn't going put's me off a bit. And what's with the biaching wabout GH/RB? UE: Could we use a seperate room for that, so not to distrace Galo 3? :D

Only reason I know that J isn't going is he's moving to South Africa (i think) and has sold off all his Xbox 360 stuff.
 
If this job gives me a start date I'll be there as I'll definitely have enough money, and they said to give the days I can't make it on my first day there (odd, as I'd have thought I'd give it in the Interview...)

It would be a lot easier if Abooie/Wyrdo were going as I'm not too far out the way of either if they're driving - just 60-90mins from Abooie and 30-40 mins from Wyrdo. I did enjoy the train last time, but the amount of hassle it caused Psymonkee was incredible and he handled it like a trooper.

The dates shouldn't be a problem because the company simply said to state the dates I can't make it in - then again, I might phone them tomorrow because I had the Interview coming up 2 months ago now and have been confirmed as having the job, but with a 5 weeks training program you need to wait for starts which is a royal pita, so these dates - notably the one for the LAN next month are coming very soon.

Long story short, I can make it IF I start this job and get paid soon enough - being that it's November that's likely.

I had to correspond with an Irish solicitor who wrote like you. He wrote in girly long flowing paragraphs and confused himself along the way. In the end he had the sentence "In other words, could you forward an Executor Sales form please."
 
I had forgotten about this thread. I'm going to see if I can sort things out in the next week or so and get back to you UE.

I'm feeling much better this time round and, touch wood, can't see any problems for the foreseeable future.

Last november I got an early train from Canterbury and arrived at Carmarthen at around 13:30pm if I remember.

If I can make it this time then I would be getting the following trains (Network Rail timetable):

Canterbury East to London Victoria
Departs - Arrives - Duration
10:21 - 11:47 - 1:26

London Victoria to London Paddington via tube
Departs - Arrives - Duration
11:47 - 12:34 - 0:47

London Paddington to Swansea
Departs - Arrives - Duration
12:45 - 15:43 - 2:58

Swansea to Carmarthen
Departs - Arrives - Duration
15:50 - 16:40 - 0:50

So if you can make the 12:45 train from Paddington then it that would be all.
