How long did you 'lurk' before you signed up?

Signed up right away, Used this place for advice before purchasing my first setup.

Didnt wonder into General for a while though, Mainly kept to Hardware for specs, and the odd post in Consoles.
 
Until I found a "real" email address...

Stayed in Hardware for most of my time until I found GD and Motors, where I now pretty much live.
 
probably only a few weeks. my bf, at the time, had always mentioned the forums and I thought it looked interesting. he managed to convince me to sign up purely because he wanted me to start a thread to say i was new and female. (boys are easily amused!)
 
I had known and used the shop for a while, I ordered an upgrade in Feb 07 and had some problems, I asked a mate and he said ask on the forums, I was like there's a forum???? and here I am lol

Hehe, probably similar to my first post :D I can't remember my first post, but I do remember posting something about a dead bird on my conservatory roof in my early posting days :/ I was such a spammer!
 
Signed up right away as a mate use to surf the forums a lot and ended up dragging me in to the world of Seti back in 2000. Been a long old time :)
 
I don't lurk, if i like the look of it then i will sign up within the first minute. It really depends on how busy it is and how desperate i wanna join that forum.
 
I bought a Duron 650 & motherboard from OcUK and joined the day it arrived to ask stupid questions ........


That was a few years ago now :D
