Saw on another forum, thought I'd post it here to get a wider audience etc.
Kenny Allan has had his gorgeous little 1974 Lotus Elan & BJ Race Shuttle trailer stolen from his house in Crossford near Lanark around 11pm on Tuesday 23rd Sept.
The trailer was seen being towed by a dark coloured Vectra estate on the Clyde valley road possibly heading for the M74. The trailer had the number plate G500 BNP on at the time of theft.
Trailer is a standard Brain James Race Shuttle 15ft long. Since its only 3 months old its still (or was!) pristine in white with only the BJ stickers on it apart from a pair of small Ecurie Ecosse stickers on the rear panel. When stolen it carried the number plate for Kenny's motorhome G500BNP.
Stealing it at 11pm was pretty brazen as there are still people walking dogs etc at that time. At 3 or 4am the village would be dead which makes us think that its been lifted at late evening to give time to get it on an early ferry to Ireland or well down the M6 before the garage would have opened normally at 7.30ish.
Contact info etc on this link.
