Rockband 2 UK - NOVEMBER

I hope Visions isn't part of the actual solo tour, I looks and sounds awful. More a collection of noises than an actual song. Wait that's what music is....oh well you the point...
 
November just got even more expensive. Great news though. I thought we were in for a repeat of the RB 1 waiting game.

As someone who doesn't own Rock Band - though I've played it a lot - I'm going for GH:WT bundle and buy the Solus of Rock Band 2.
 
I wonder if the release will be Solus only?

Depending on the reviews of GH:WT, I may end up buying the GH instruments but RB2 for the game. Hankering for a drum kit!

I'm going for the GHWT game/guitar bundle and RB2 drumkit/Game.
 
I'm hoping to sell my current rock band instruments and grab the Ion Drummer - and then grab RB2 and GHWT solo. I still have my GH2 guitar and it's currently working great :D
 
I'm not sure whether or not to get the GH:WT or Rock Band 2 instruments yet. Do the instruments work with either game? I've got the black Les Paul guitar from GHIII for the 360. Will this work with Rock Band 1/2 and GH:WT?

I'm assuming you could buy the instruments from one of the games and then buy the game only for the others?

Im pretty sure most instruments will work with GHWT and RB2.

99.9% sure it will - the les paul works with RB1 and so Im guessing it works with RB2 and since the les paul is from GH, it'll probably work with GHWT

You can buy just the games on their own yep :)
 
ive got gh 2 and 3 aswell but i defo wont be getting any more guitar heros as im sick of them ripping me off by not alowing songs from previous games carry over, but rock band does, allso i beleave for some strange reason that with mtv backing rockband that there will get a lot more songs for rockband.

To be fair, Guitar Hero is going from a single instrument game to a band game, so they'd have to get the masters for the songs again, re-do the charts etc, which would cost a fortune. If RB1 was guitar only I'm sure it would be the same.

Though I still prefer Rock Band :D
 
Yay, about time we got an almost solid release date. November was my guess for this as well, and perfect timing as well with my birthday being that month \o/

So are you telling me that both rock band 2 and guitar hero world tour are both being released in nov this nov ???? :eek:

if so im going to be sooo broke in nov :(

theres far too many good games coming out lately its not right i tell ya.
i havent got the time to play em all :(
 
Nice can't wait. I havent bought any of the previous GH or RB but have played them and thought they where great, most definatly gunna buy this
