Basically we have had an angry customer come in to our store because he can't list ebay items with the n95 he has recently upgraded too.

Is it possible to list ebay items with an n95?

I have tried opera mini and using the default web browser but am having no luck :(

Thanks for any help

Ebay seem to have limited the access/functions when logging in on a mobile, it used to be possible when it just appeared as normal in IE, but since they've made these mobile changes, theres not much you can do other than bid. Need to find a way around that if you can.

Hardly your fault, tell him to phone nokia support :)

In reality it has full browser support, suppose it depends on how complicated ebay have made there site. Of late i cant seem to narrow down just UK auctions which is really starting to rile me.

No i dont think you can fully, because of format ebay runs in, stuff like facebook loads in its own different phone browser format.

Tell the customer to read properly next time when hes buying a 300 quid phone!

Can't he do it via wifi? Using 3g the dns servers will be specific for mobiles. But for wifi it shouldnt be problem with something like operamini?

From the ebay mobile main page, IIRC, there is a link near the bottom of the page worded something like "View full ebay/View PC version of this page" clicking that takes you to the full ebay as you would see on the PC but I haven't used it for listing, just viewing my current auctions.

They do something similar with the ITV website. On eBay, its "Mobile" or "Classic" ;) Thanks! Helps to read the small print lol

Ghost, its the same for me whether i use WiFi or not, not related to DNS i dont think.

Anyone know why Hotmail's stopped working? I keep getting messages saying my browser doesnt accept cookies, but its allowed in the setting and always used to work up until 2 months ago.
