Now that was a fun weekend, even my old Impreza didn't get bent this time.

This is well worth a watch > Peugeot 306 GTi-6 with uprated suspension going some against the ringtaxi! man I love the Peugeot hatchbacks

Are the cams bulletcams?

I plan on fitting effectively the same set up when I get my next car, along with maybe a rear facing one...unsure on that part at the moment though.

Brilliant video, and so glad you didn't break that numberplate sticker on the armco.

I caught the slide, just a shame I bottled the throttle and didn't catch it quick enough spitting me back the other way, would have been a truly beautiful slide round there otherwise..

Yea they are bullets.. they have to be, filming is supposedly banned at the ring now (since about April 2004) but everyone still does it.

just not blatantly any more

I did have a passenger at the start of the weekend but I scared him so much he went round with his dad instead LOL

Pretty much any car can when you drive them as hard as you would on the ring.

haha, Viper's 5 door weapon. It lost its exhaust on the way back to England.

Yeah, I know about the no filming, was just wondering if you used some cheapy cheap cameras or bullets. I plan on trying with cheapy cheap ones first to see what it'll work like.

99% of the time it's really predictable, however I guess I lobbed it in harder, braked harder there somewhere and it caught me out.

yeah i wondered tbh how the bjesus it went wrong and watched it back a few times. Figured that was what happened but didn't like to say. I've stayed at the hotel that looks over that complex and seen some much more embarrasing errors tho tbh.

haha, not quite - he mounted a kerb and ripped it off from the mani.

Looks some pretty impressive driving mate - would love to take my VTR round at some point.
