Dilemma

I am in need of some quick advice, my girlfriend and I live about 2 and a half - 3 Hours away, and I am supposed to be seeing her this weekend - only she is ill in bed and not too good! sneezing, coughing etc..

Only, she expects me to go and see her today - Do I go and show I care and do nothing all weekend and watch tv, or do I not go and show I dont care
