I parked my car up in the shopping centre car park so i could go pay some bills, when i came back, to my horror i found that some ****** had scraped down the side of my car, i was horrified as it is pretty mint for its age

I got it home and managed to polish the worst of it off and popped the panel out and it now looks like this:

Could this be pulled out with a dent puller or is it a more serious job?

Can you not push it out from behind the arch?

My gut feeling is that there will be a ripple at the top of the dent on the right when its knocked out

i cant reach it because of the rear inner wing

Doesn't work.

I can barely see anything in that picture but if you're that bothered about getting it perfect then call a paintless dent removal place. If you're inexperienced with this sort of thing it's VERY easy to make it worse and unrepairable bar filling and spraying.

if you look at the row of bins in the reflection it gives you a good idea. My dad works in a bodyshop and i hope he can borrow one of the dent pullers.

You can gain access to almost every area by removing the interior trim panels.

A decent Paintless dent removal guy will get that out for around £30, if there is a car dealer local, you could ask them when they next have the guy in.

i removed the rear trim and had a peek, the smaller one on the right returns perfectly when i push it lightly but always pings back in when released, the larger one im not as fortunate with, it seems to have merged with a small ding that was there already and made a crease, i tried to pop it out but it was too hard and i couldn't get much in the way of force behind it becuase it was next to the inner arched.

Unlucky mate

, this is why i hate leaving my car in car parks. I ended up getting a much smaller dent as someone flung their door open, luckily it hit the door trim.

Is there no CCTV on the car park you may be able to get a registration/make/model from? Might be worth a try.
