Download Stan James poker software, and just read a bit on the internet then practice

Anyone can but it costs $10 to setup a freeroll tourney...

I couldn't find any that let you setup a free freeroll tourney. It only seems that Stan James and Ladbrokes allow you to do it with easy. Any other that do allow it charge and you have to contact them to set it up.
