I know the UFO cases are made for PA rads, but I need something smaller and less bulky. Any pre made options or I need to mod?

thanks

Generally you will need to mod, dont know of any others designed to hold rads specifically.

You do know that MM do other cases than just the UFO series and that some of these are a lot smaller and could well suit your needs.

NEW Coolermaster HAF-932 Full Tower Chassis (Black) Watercooling ready has just come out though it's not small.

"At the top of the chassis, there's another massive 230mm fan. This fan can be removed to allow you to mount a 3x120mm raditor for watercooling"

Another review says you can mount a 2x120 rad in the top so i'm unsure which is correct.?

Holes at the back if you wish to mount a rad outside.

Built in fill port for watercooling.

MM H2g0 is a compact case that can accept 2x 120.2 and 2x 120.1 Thermochill PA rads.

Also accomodates large PSU's, full ATX mobo's and with something like the icy dock yuou can see in the picture 3x hdd's too.

Dimensions are:

43cm x 32.5cm x 34.5cm

gt

P.S: I use a 24" screen so you can see how compact the case is.

Is that a special order, gt?

Could not find one with the big window on top.

Regarding disks, I only need to able to use 2 for RAID 0. Is this possible or you need to buy something extra?

If I sat down and tried to design the ultimate dust gathering case this would be it ! just look at all those places for dust to get in and or build up

It was bought off another forum member 'clone' on the members market.

He had it cut to look like this and then had it coloured too.

I run the icy dock you can see in the picture. Can accomodate 3 drives and still leaves space for my dvd writer.

After that there's plenty of room for a couple of 1201 rads in the lower chamber. You could then run two pumps with attached res' in the lower zone and run tubing to the upper zone for the 2x 120.2 rads.

Of course if you choose to have less watercooling in place there'll be a touch more room available.

I researched the case very much (seen a few worklogs on XS also) and is perfect I think. Now my only thought is the side cabling. I am a bit worried how that will work as my desk is in the middle and not close to a wall to hide them :(

I could buy a cable management thing or something or zip everything together. Maybe place it sideways so the cables are at the back and access the CD drive from the side! decisions decisions!
