Vodafone business only phones

All,

Is it an issue signing up for a phone on a business contract when not a business? I'm after the HTC Raphael and if you sign up online through quidco you receive £100 back. Otherwise I'd sign up via phone and hopefully get the phone on a personal contract.

Anyone have any ideas if there's an issue getting a business tariff?

You can get the Raphael ( Touch Pro) by ringing vodafone. I know because I just ordered one yesterday on a non business contract.

Is the deal better or worse? On the business tarrifs you get a bluetooth headset and in car holder.

Forgot to say, I want to do the whole transaction online if possible as I get £90 cashback on personal tariff or £100 cashback business tariff with Quidco....

Ah I couldn't do it online, and I am not receiving a bluetooth headset or a car holder! Do you not have to be VAT registered to get a business contract?
