Im Sure this post hass probably been posted before. But does anyone ever get up realy early for no known reason but feel great about it?

I will probably feel like a bag of spuds by 6pm like,

But i genuinely feel good, Already walked dog taken pictures of nice sunrise (im into phatography) Put petrol in car and now sitting at work ready to go and dont even start untill 8am,

Am i wierd or do others feel the same. Or could it be because its pay day:D

I get up early everyday :), Early bird catches the worm!

Good point there. its strange we have a beutifull sunset in the town i stay in but the town i work in which is only 6 miles away its overcast and gray.

I'm up between 5-530 every day and I quite enjoy it. On weekends I'm usually out of bed by 7-730, means I can get on with my day. I've got plenty of time to sleep when I'm dead. I can get so much done that it makes life flow that little bit easier. :) I just wish some things were opened 24hrs a day as it would make life even sweeter.

When I'm on 6am-2pm as I am this week, I'm up between 4:30 and 4:45 depending on how harsh I am on the snooze button, which can be a bit of a drag in the winter/autumn. It feels pretty crap getting out of a warm bed that's at it's optimum comfort level when it's dark, freezing and raining outside. However, during the spring/summer, it's fantastic. Driving to work to the chorus of birdsong and bathed in the warmth of the rising sun with the windows down gives you a real sense of wellbeing and tranquility.

However, being a temporary position that's drawing to a close in a few weeks, I think I'll stick to getting up early when I go back to 9am-5pm, but not quite that early. Perhaps 6.00-6.30am

I try to get up early every morning after all why waste all that time sleeping when you could be out exploring the many wonders the world has to offer us outside of the towns and cities and all the nasty built up areas. In Fact I believe we should bulldoze all the cities and plant trees in their place

Did this for a while, I plan on going back to it for the rest of my life if possible. I'm slacking off at the moment because I am about to have 5am starts forced down my neck so I want tog et as much sleep as I can :\ :D

In my old job I had to get up at 4am and then catch a plane which was rubbish - hence why i gave it up! Over 40 return flights a year was just dull and extremely tiring.

5-6hrs sleep is plenty as long as you sleep well. :)
