Time to find out whats behind his illness free life!:p

Ive just been suffering from a pretty bad cold for the past 4 or 5 days and its finally going away.

Now i know you never ever get cold or sick at all(from what you have said:))

Plus you are also a Giant:p

So what do you do in your life to escape getting sick and to be so fit and healthly:confused:

It would be great if you could tell us your work out routine and diet, plus what ever else might contribute to you staying so healthy.

Reason being is im over colds and never wont one again:p
Ive managed to not spew for 10 years now so now its time to get uber healthy and be cold free:cool:

Ill stop sounding creepy and stalker like now:o

He's not a giant, he's a very naughty boy!

Only for you baby xx

Lies could be your answer there! Everyone is ill at somepoint those who deny it are either immortal or lying

Actually I can categorically say that I've not so much as had a cold in my life. Sure I've had a sniffle for a day, or had a bit of a cough, but that is it. I've been under the knife a few times through injuries, and had chicken pox as a child.

Here's maybe a reasoning as to why I've been lucky, it's probably not definitive though. I received my innoculations as a child in France and whatever they do there must work better as I haven't had to have my BCG as a teenager, my polio and whatever other boosters you typically have at whatever age as my levels were topped up. I no doubt have lucky genes, and was breast fed for 6 months. I've always lived a healthy lifestyle and as a child ate a wide range of foods, some exotic, some staple. I started travelling extensively before I could even walk so have been exposed to all sorts of foreign viruses and bugs. I played outside and wasn't constantly being "cleansed" by my parents. According to my mother even as a child I was never ill really bar a few sniffles and a bit of cough - which unfortunately meant I was never able to take time off school! lol!

I honestly don't know why, as for now, well I'm pretty healthy and still carry on the non clinically clean lifestyle (I don't live in **** I just don't think you have to bleach everything every 2 minutes), travel a lot and let myself be exposed to different environments. I eat well, I exercise, I live life and don't worry about being ill - I guess it's maybe a mental thing, a little like a self meditation to ensure I'm "ok". I don't really know.

Actually the truth is , I'm not human ;)

He eats his bogies.

There's more than FF though. I've never had a day off work sick in 16 years and the only time I had off school was for chicken pox.

I did spend a couple of months in hospital after going blind following a viral infection of my nervous system, but that was during the summer holidays.

Some people just have a good immune system.

Probably as close an answer as I'd have thought.

Zip - didn't realise I was a giant! :D Can I be a Big Friendly one? :D

I have always had a good immune system, when i get something it might get bad but its normally gone with in a few days:)

I normally get 1 or 2 colds a year so looking to see if there was much i could do to try make them even further apart:D

You're a giant to me, Im only 5' 7 and 70ish kgs:p

I think this is the crux of the matter, one of my mates has what I'd call a dodgy immune system in that he seems to get ill more than most people I know and his girlfriend is at least as bad - I really feel sorry for their kids if they have any, they'll never be out of the doctors.

I don't believe there is any magical secret to being healthy: try to eat relatively healthy foods, get enough sleep, don't abuse your body too much, don't deliberately live somewhere unhealthily dirty but equally don't worry too much about the cleanliness of the place beyond a certain point. Basically it is a case of using a bit of common sense.

Oh and the whole vitamin C prevents colds thing is probably a bit of a crock, I quite frequently drink a litre of orange juice a day and I still get colds (about the only thing I do suffer from though).

That's what you said to me :(

That, I can testify to.

I find that although a litre of Orange juice doean't make you superhuman like FF, it really does help.
