Canned Soup. Healthy?

do you not get the nutrition information on your packaging? they usually list for half a can so a whole can of soup is quiet a few calories for an average weight person... specially when you add in a slice or two of buttered bread...

Depends on the make. Canned soups are *generally* high in salt, so check the nutritional gumf.

Many things "seem good" when you look at them though:p

Most the goodness could be boild out though but im not sure yet

Well they probably are. Food is just a mix of stuff, if what on the back is healthy, then it's healthy.

It's up to the individual to define "Healthy".
