...just had a phone call to say everything that needs to be done has been, and i should be looking to complete and recieve the keys for my new house in 10-14 days

I have to say, i came into it with no knowledge of Mortgages, what to look for when viewing houses etc and i have been very lucky in having the help that i've recieved in the whole process!

I fall into the "rare breed" category, being a first time buyer!

Probably of no interest to you reading this, but i'm ecstatic
