You do, but to be honest when you've just been blasted with a rocket you have a couple of seconds to hold down the L1 button and shout abuse at your foe.

I was hoping for some Prodigy, Chemical Brothers and Underworld, ala 2097.
Other than that, I currently suck at it (age affecting reflexes I guess ) so miss me off the PSN list for now.

Scort you can add your own music, and the 2097 track is available at certain retailers. Recreate that which you loved?
I was actually quite surprised how good the ingame music player was. It's amazing in comparison to the one used in PAIN which is nothing short of useless!
Ooooh, I didn't know that (played for all of 20 minutes so far), I will get cracking on that tomorrow, good, as Wipeout has always been good for music, in fact, iirc 2097 was part of a big Dreamscape event back in 96/97.

Not that I know of. I think as far as leaving stuff / firing backwards goes, it's only mines and bomb AFAIK.
