Most of the time I forget my age but sometimes reality hits and I have a grown up moment.

I was quite a late starter to clubbing and didn't really go out often till I was about 26. Now coming upto my 33rd birthday I'm as busy as ever going out at least every other weekend and most weekends during the summer. Most of the people I go with are early to mid 20's but people who don't know me think I'm 23ish. Guess my daily moisturising routing paid off lol. I can't see any signs of stopping anytime soon and enjoy myself more now than I did in my 20's.

Anyone else feel like they should grow up and buy a pipe and slippers?

I have a pipe and slippers :p

But yeah, when I'm in the mood for partying, I still party hard :)

Don't ever stop!

well around here if you're 18 you're really too old to go to the night clubs. if you enjoy it then just keep doing it, who cares what people think, i'm sure your friends or whoever don't see your age as an issue so why should you?

I don't really see my age as an issuse. I just realised that I'm 33 next month and still party like a 20 year old. Everyone thinks its great that someone as 'old' as me can still party like the 'young-uns' and in most cases longer and harder lol.

I got say fair play mate you're still at it. I can't go out now unless it's the weekend and I know I have a day to recover.

The thing that means I will probably stop soon is the fact that I don't really like drunk scallies who are my age. Also I don't like students. This city is great, but the city centre is very much a 18-21 land. I just can't take a girl that's 18 seriously lol!

If u can do it, do it!

I'm 20 i never go out. Apart from money, i just don't enjoy it. Well clubbing that is. I'd rather chill with mates.

While u still enjoy it do it!

I know lots of ladys in there late 30s/40s that are still out every weekend!

Your never too old, don't be silly.

I've been to numerous partys over in Holland this year, and you get people in they're 50's going.

I know what you're saying mate. Luckily I have a fairly big group of mates that go out so we kinda make our own community when out. The 18 year olds with bumfluff tashs make me laugh as do the girls who dress like they're going to a kids party with garish makeup also make me chuckle.

When I went to clubs at Uni, the 30+ year olds at clubs were considered wierdos. Always.

:D

I didn't enjoy clubbing till I hit 26 mate. I was too wrapped up in caring what others thought so never danced etc. Now I don't care and dance like a **** but have a great time :)

God I'm only a few years older than them, but I'm really glad I'm not the only person to laugh at how they dress/do their hair etc etc., I find some of the new fads hilarious!

I always feel old when I go to clubs now, but in London it's not as bad since you need to be earning a decent wage to be able to afford clubs anyway! :D However I've never been much into clubbing anyway.

However I prefer a nice bar/pub where I can actually hold down a conversation with my friends, but have the potential of a boogie if the mood arises.

Yup, this is what I do.

I prefer bar crawls. Liverpool's the best city for this as there is a really high bar/pub density in the city centre. Say we were to meet in one place but that place closed? Go next door, or at a push, down the street.
