Sent, enjoy mate, I got the code from PLAYSTATION(R) UNDERGROUND(TM) which is issued from SCEA but I'm guessing that it should work in Europe fine.
I used mine with my EU acc but that was one I received from another source, I'm guessing it should work fine in your EU acc tbh, if not try your yank acc.
