PowerLvl'in on WOW with 70 and Recruit Friend?

I've recently got my Druid up2 level 10 and want to start power leveling, however in Deadmines my druid is only getting 8exp per mob =/ is this correct and should I just grin and bear it ???

You won't get good xp in the Deadmines at level 10. The deadmines is recommended level 14 min I think... something like that... so long ago since I was in the deadmines =\

Deadmines is a fantastic instance, easily one of my favourites as it's got an excellent quest line to it.

I would give it a few levels before heading back to be boosted through it.

Don't bear it, go in caster form and heal.

If you are being boosted, you DON'T want to be in a party with your friend as I seem to remember this affects your XP gain. Be seperate and make sure you are the one who starts the attacks on mobs.

My Priest

Recruit a friend + Level 70 boosting me through instances.

10-20 - Deadmines
20-25 - Stockades
25-40 - Scarlet Monastery
40-46 - Zul'Farrak
46-54 - Scholomance
54-56 - Some easy quests
56-60 - Blood Furnace/Ramparts

Group consisted of same level Shaman and a 70 Druid boosting!

Yeah you tag, they kill if you're in the same party you get less xp. Mages friends are even better, you just tag a lot of mobs and then they kill them all with arcane explosion.

With triple XP I really wouldn't worry about it, though we would have tried that if we had a Mage but sadly a Feral Druid isn't so good at AoE (well in Lich King Swipe hits unlimited targets!!) but for now...

The levels flew by though, Deadmines 10-20 was at least a level and a half per run to begin with.
