After you had a chuckle at the thread title (yes im looking at you) this is actually a serious question.
Would any of you cockatoo owners out there be able to advise me. I noticed the chap starting to hump his perch a couple of months ago and I thought it was hilarious.
It's now actually become a bit of a worry. Some days when im home all day, I notice him doing it probably every 15 minutes or so, he just doesn't stop!
Now I know some birds pull their feathers out when frustrated, is he frustrated or is this just a phase all young male birds go through and I dont have to worry about it?
