new business goin into debt before I have even begun

This not the place for this type of advice.

A simple Google will bring up many business forums, join some. Go to a Citizens Advice Bureau and also speak to your/an Accountant. In this current climate I would do both a.s.a.p.

You definately need to form a limited company for your business and if you have large pieces of equipment, you may be able to 'sell'them to a leasing company and then lease them back with a monthly charge. This would release some capital back into the business.

Above all, you really need an accountant's advice right now.

Good luck.

You guys are missing out on the obvious. Dont you lot get emails like this all the time?
"I'm sweet and done some bad stuff now I nee dmore money, I can get on the webcam if you like!"

Well, not really the best for practical advice on a business matter, but I like it. :D I suppose he could recommend some really good recreational drugs to help you deal with the stress and anxiety of setting up a new business venture.

Sounds like she's perfectly capable of living in a daydream without the help of questionable substances already.

Don't think it's a genuine post: two odd a place to join in order to make that post; no real info about the business, level of debt; and the tone of the post is not credible.

I'm sure plenty of us are more than qualified to help with business questions but we're gonna need to see a picture of the OP surrounded by her business purchases with a loaf on her head if this is going to be taken seriously.
