LittleBigPlanet - Play, Create and Share.

Has anybody got bored of the game yet? I'm curious as to whether this game can really keep you playing :)

Yes, but only because it's a beta with 5 tutorial levels and i'm avoiding using the level creation tool. The beta seems to be all about level creation, but i can't help but notice there's loads of tutorials we will probably be forced to sit through again in the full game, because of this i'm backing off until the full release.

When the full game is released with all 60(?) levels and i'll no longer be wary of tutorials i'll be happy as a pig in muck.

You dont have to sit through the tutorials though. The video with Stephen Fry will play but if you just get on with completing the task which it asks you to do then you can complete it early and unlock goodies. ;)

This is what i done, just read what the "Queen" has to say in her speech bubble, complete and move on to the next

You figure everything out on your own its pretty easy

LittleBigPlanet - Beta Created Levels

With the LittleBigPlanet beta coming to a close on October 12th at 23:59 GMT, we'll be getting everything ready for the launch of the game.

As many of you are doubtless aware, at present we are not planning to make shared creations from the beta test available in the full version of the game, however we're aware that a lot of time and effort has been put into what you've created so far.

With this in mind we're going to give you the choice! Whether you took part in the LittleBigPlanet beta test or not your opinion counts - would you rather that created levels and items from the beta test were available when the game launches, or would you rather we removed everything and the shared side of the game started from scratch? Vote before Monday October 13th, and we'll go with whichever option receives more votes!

Please bear in mind that what we're talking about here are levels that have been uploaded already, any save game data, offline creations or progress cannot be transferred into the full game.

Interesting you can vote on whether Beta levels get carried over to retail game..

Get voting, I guess...

I dunno, I thought I wanted to keep them, now I wonder if there is any use considering there is more tools etc in the final retail game. Within a day or 2 every single Beta level will look pants.

I agree, they will look pants after a short amount of time, but I'd still like to have them available. Loads of people have put a huge amount of effort in, and to see that wiped away would be a great shame IMO.

Tried it last night the Dinosaur is a bit flakey lol, it can be hard to get off to get to the other side. May also be an idea to have it spawn from an emitter in case you fall off an its the other side so you dont get stuck. Also maybe the trigger on the special vehicle needs to be slightly bigger as its sometimes a bit hard to find. All in a nice looking level, some good precision jumping, and good fun, i still cant wait till we get the full toolset!
Updated my level again if anyone fancies giving it a go ;) some big changes.

Doesn't matter if they look pants, its still a bunch of custom made levels for people that buy the game. They should be kept in there.
