lol, what a load of rubbish. How can not having sex make you live longer? If anything it probably shortens your lifespan I would have thought. And how is this even news?

She may have meant to say catching STIs shortens your lifespan which is a legitimate observation, but sex itself is unlikely to have any significant effect...
