Lighting's good, but a little harsh and is hence leaving funny shadows around the right eye. Improvise a softbox / umbrella setup. My only other thought would be that she's a little low in the frame, but it's nothing massive.

I was shooting through an umbrella - was a bit close to her in hindsight. Was trying out some gels for the background colour!

Now that you mention it her eyes could be on the rule of thirds line to help the shot!

Rule of thirds or otherwise, it just looks like you've used the centre focus point on her eyes without re-composing the frame at all. Good composition can make a world of difference.

It's good. I don't like the fact the red surround has reflected on her shoulder though
