Looks like a patched Windows Live Messenger Wave 3 Beta with the contact groups minimised.

Heres my current Desktop.
Its set to change once I get my 1TB HDD and then those Box Art images are going to be resized from ???x250 to ???x125 to fit more on screen, might have to go as low as ???x100.
(1680x1050) - Image
The calendar is a program called Rainlender, everything else other than the normal Icons are controlled be a program called Rainmeter.
To the right of the Calendar is a winamp control (Part of the Desktop) and is able to open and control winamp remotely.
The Box Art Images are dragable and clickable, they start their respectful games.
The CPU, RAM, TEMP cluster just requires SpeedFan to be running in the background (only for temps and fan speeds) - Rainmeter can read in the values from the dll.
