Just wanting a quick idea as to what i can get for this price.

Does not include monitor. If you can fit a mouse and keyboard in that'd be nice.

It's for my 10 year old bro, a gaming pc to be precise!

Res = 1440x900 so 8800gt will suffice.

I just realised the amount of rhymes in that. Lool.

the 5200 should go 3.6 ish quite easily

I would change the board to the Abit IP43 as this will offer a newer chipset and PCI E 2.0.

It doesn't need to be exact at this time. It'll be around Christmas anyway.

I just wanted to know what sort of power i could expect for the money!

i agree with RJC's mobo recommendation, and i forgot to add a PSU in, a corsair 450w would suffice i believe!
