Along with a 26" LCD TV,I Also got him COD4, GTA4. He is into driving games as well as FPS. He plays Juiced,BF2 and Golf on his PC so games of a similar ilk.

Anything else you think he would like/enjoy? He is 14.

Gears 2 probably when it hits in november.

Are there any decent boxing games for the 360? May need something to pass the time Xmas morning when the frickin outlaws turn up!

Fight Night Round 3 is all you need in term's of Boxing games ;), I would also recommend picking up the original Gears of War and Halo 3.

GTA 4 is the best in its style (Saints Row 1/2 and Crackdown are good alternatives)

Racing; for more of a arcade feel then either PGR4 or Race Driver. For Simulation then Forza. but if he likes juiced then I suspect something like Burnout Paradise might be more to his taste.

Boxing; Fight Night is all you need. Nothing comes close to touching it.

FPS; If he likes BF2 on the PC then Call of Duty 4 is a must. Beyond that these a host of FPS with not a lot to differentiate between them. The likes of Brothers in Arms, Medal of Honour... all seem to merge into one. The older games can be picked up cheaply and most are decent just not anything special like COD4 is.

Not to be too blunt, but Call of Duty 4 = rated 16 (PEGI). GTA4 = rated 18 (BBFC).

Your son = 14.

Obviously I'm sure you understand the content of said games and have considered their suitability for you son as an individual - and I completely advocate this type of parental censorship.

Just had to chime with the obligatory OcUK OMG!!!! response.

The XBox360 has one of the strongest lineups seen on a console :p.

Battlefield Bad Company is a good bet if he enjoys BF2 on PC.
The Darkness is a great game.
PGR4 is a top racing game.
Rock Band is a fantastic laugh!
Gears of War is probably the Xbox360's main title.
Dead Rising is a game that has oodles of depth whilst maintaining fun.
--------------------
Gears of War 2
Saints Row 2
Fallout 3.

The bottom 2 are games coming out soon, the top are a bunch I'd recommend (amongst many others).

i should add, kameo

its such a brilliant game and can be picked up for next to nothing, one of the 360's and rare's finest imo.

people haven't mentioned halo because the last thing halo needs is more kids :P

Its good parenting to let him play those games, he would be an outcast at school otherwise.
