You are indeed correct.
It is in fact a Real Care Baby v2.

I can program them from my works PC to cry, scream, burp etc on command.
This is my daughters report from sunday (notice the baby is called Hiro, she has a crush on the guy from Heroes) -

Top notch idea the 15 year old in our street was showing us the one that her school gave her about a year ago to demonstrate the hard work of child rearing. Her son is three weeks old tomorrow.

I dont think she understood. lol
