Just updated my BIOS from F7, to F13 - which solved a few niggles i was having. However, it won't boot past 400FSB now! I save to bios, it turns off, turns on, turns off, turns on and disables FSB option so its back to normal, no other settings change.

Specs are

Gigabyte GA-P965-DS3
E6300
OCZ XTc SLi PC8500
520w OCZ

Any ideas?

Thanks

Are you building up in stages. Some boards won't let you make a big leap in one go.... might have to build up to it.

Otherwise check you're other settings... as they may have returned to defaults following the flash... eg , memory, NB etc

when you have updated the BIOS makesure you clear the CMOS or it can cause issues like this

just what i was going to suggest

only board i have used where this isnt the case is my current asus which has the EZflash utility [which is brilliant imo]
