First Album You Ever Bought

First one I ever bought was 'Too Much Pressure' by The Selecter.

Bought it in 1979 for £3.99 from Woolworths. Brilliant album, sadly I no longer have it.
How about you? What was the first one you bought? Was it any good?
Do you still have it and play it?

I remember the first album I bought on CD was Alice Cooper: The Last Temptation.

As for cassette... it's hard to remember. Possibly Nirvana: In Utero.

EDIT: Actually it was probably this. Alice was my introduction to hard rock/metal and got me 'into' music as a teen.
