Not good atm. Dont give monkeys about pay rise, more concerned that we will have jobs to get any pay at all.

We got 2.45% and because they have taken so long, should have got it in April it is off to arbitration.

And that is the risk for companies refusing pay rises at least inline with inflation.

one of the many reasons I left EDS was due to a pay freeze lasting 5 years, and according to friends still in EDS, that's still ongoing (totalling 7 years thus far)

We got 6% this year, which I'm more than happy with. It's a double edged sword though, because we aren't getting a christmas bonus this year
