Forgot exactly and I'm not sure if it will work with the PC's you use but there is a way that you can make the screen seem upside down (without turning the monitor upside down).
Like the idea of swapping the keys around!!
When I was in college, my now b/f used to do something so that when I typed the letter I, a different word would come up - (**** for example).

Was going to say that when she is sitting down, crawl under the desk and tie her laces together. But then I thought, she might not have laces on her shoe, oh, also that she might fall and harm herself so.....

On our Dell laptops its ctrl+alt+arrowkey

If you have desks with a drawer that locks you can do one of my favorites.

Put something of the persons in their drawer like their phone or car keys. then lock the drawer and put the key in someone elses drawer and lock that. repeat the process until all drawers are locked in a random order around the office/building. Its very tedious and annoying for the person running round the office seeing which draw the key fits and is amusing to watch

Everytime they type "the" is changes it to Smoke my Hat!

I have done this one a good few times in the office, its taken one prson weeks to figure it out and he sent about 5 mails to directors with a random "smoke my hat" in the mail

One of the managers in my place just left his PC unlocked, I can't wait to see the first mail from him with Smoke my Hat ! in random places.

We done this the other day, was so funny to watch, took him around 30 mins to ge the correct key to open his own drawer

He laughed at it in the end, but he wasnt too happy looking for the keys

I use to do loads of practicle jokes in my old job, especially with my fellow techies to the dumb ass's in the office,

Our best were as follows -
* put arctic silver on the sides of the mouse, takes hours to wash off
* schedule windows tasks to randomly open IE to porn sites
* change their laptop fully charged /low battery tune to a farting noise
* initiate XP shutdown commands over the network with reasons such as "too much porn on your PC", or "closing windows as theres a draft"

the best 2 though were
* strapping party poppers to the hydrolic cylinder of their office chair so when they sat down it primed and when they next stood up they all went off and filled the floor around them with streamers
* fill a transparent water cup (like the ones from the water cooler) and pour a bit of vanilla candle wax into the water, the wax instantly sets and looks like someones knocked one out in the cup and then place it in the ladies...

good times they were... dont know why I got sacked !
