Yeah becasue I can be arsed to find out what dates models and facelifts were introduced. For a quick look at current car prices its a pain in the arse.

If I was car hunting for myself then Id probably make the effort.. but not for other people. Plus Im always having a quick look on autotrader at cars when Im bored - Sad I know.

Can someone clear up the Impreza model line up. I really dont get it.

All I know is that the Sport is the one with the seriously awful interior and no redeeming features.

However, thats where my knowledge ends and when I see a Subaru Impreza WRX 22B STi P1 Richard Burns edition infront of me, I get a headache from the confusion.

I've often wondered how this works, theres the WRX which seems to be an import and of lesser power, but then you get STI's and WRX STI's, oh the confusion!

It goes something like this. (im no impreza expert)

Sport - Non turbo rubbish
WRX - Lowest power turbo
STI - Higher power one
22B - A bit better
P1 - The 'daddeh' (imo)

Then throw in a load of light weight and limited edition models to confuse matters further. And the turbo 2000 (uk wrx equivalant i think?)
