Bully now out for PC :D

Exactly very good point
People saying you can't mention this and you can't mention that

*shrug* Just trying to help people avoid getting into trouble with the mods. It's sadly the case that sometimes things are acceptable and other times not.

For all I care, people can talk about whatever shops/etc they like.

wasn't directing it at you mate just in general

Been trying to play this on the pc but it really is unplayable. No floors on the first floor in the school building, cant see into open rooms indoors, game will not load further than the initial meetin with the headmaster....the list goes on. Oh and you cant change any visual settings so the game looks like absolute pants, even if you force AA in CCC.

Exact same problem...
1 random crash too at the courtyard...

AA works for me btw just when you start the game to to graphics in the main menu and turn on AA there...
Except AA you can turn shadows on low/high/off, vsync on/off, reso, and aa...

But I'm also stuck at principals office and there are no top floors...
I can't believe they finished it like this, it's not even tested if it actually works.
The game is completely broken in the current state.

hmmm think ill give this one a miss from the last 2 posts and 1ups review

But maybe that isn't the fault of the developers. Bully's biggest problem is that it's a shoddy port job, rife with technical missteps that wouldn't warrant comment if they weren't so profoundly damaging to the game. Forget to enable vertical sync, and you can forget completing most classes: In some areas, the game runs at rocket speed, making timed button presses all but impossible. Turn the feature on, however, and prepare for framerate drops that make NASDAQ look stable. These problems, coupled with frequent crashes and a persistent drifting mouse bug (remember what used to happen when you'd hold down a control stick while booting up a game?) make just playing Bully a frustrating chore.

let down

Works okish for me the only probs is crap controls which are reconfigurable but aint bothered to change yet. A res problem and vsync prob. A crash after u have done some lessons then its night and got to get back to dorm. The loading is long there but does finish after awhile but the room is half empty of textures and fps is low here and then crashes if u move. Also a prob with res sticking as u exit so to get back to 1280x960 i have to change it then reboot windows tells me. Which is annoying.

The game s alright, GFX is no diff to GTA SA really and FSAA works just fine.

I did notice some graphical popups though (just like GTA SA lol)

Anyway it seems kinda fun, I teabagged my first "classmate".

Vsync seems to be forced on though but not an issue and I used a 460 pad so works flawlessly!

I got this game too. but i having problem with graphical part of the game rooms wont load properly,
anyoneknow what driver works, im using 178.24.
and im having another problem the game wont load after when u go and see the headmaster, begining of the game,
just say loading, left it for 10minute still say loading.

Plugged the comp into the hdTV , got the controller ready and guess what didn't work. I had to have an xbox360 controller , this one i have is just as good but no didn't work

Similar problem. Tried my Saitek pad and it crashed on loading....Plugged the 360 pad in and it worked fine.

Endless Loading Fix

Starting the game with less RAM seems to be a temporary workaround. Can a couple of you guys with the issue try this:
Launch Msconfig (Start>Run>Msconfig)
Click on the Boot tab. Choose Advanced Options.
Change the Maximum Memory setting to something less than 2000 megabytes. 1500 is a good beginning point
Restart your computer and test the issue.
If you're using XP and seeing the issue, the msconfig will have a Boot.ini tab and then under Advanced, you will need to lower the MAXMEM option.
I know this isn't a permanent fix but it will get you guys playing until Rockstar can patch the game.
