My 50mm never ceases to amaze me, it really is a fantastic lens. Looking forward to upgrading to the 1.4 AF-S soon ( but not before the d700!

Those car shots are stunning but all of those shots are brilliant Alexisonfire.

I love that Lion cub shot as well Gt Junkie - awesome work guys. It really is in a league of its own especially when you consider that it's a £70 lens.

These look good, I'm considering this lens, but I also want a macro. Do you think its worth getting on of these + a macro. or just get the 60mm Canon Macro.

Raymond - if you step the Fstop down a little to about 2.5-5 the image will sharpen up markedly.
