I'm having a hell of a time trying to sell my Samsung Omnia on ebay. Even after stating that I would only post to a UK address and would cancel any bids with less than 5 feedback I still get people with 0 feedback bidding and the winning buyer wanting me to ship it to Italy!

The phone is brand new and I was wondering if anyone knew of anywhere other than ebay or gumtree where I might get a reasonable amount for it?

Cheers andy, thats what I'd be asking for it but a Cex credit isn't much good to me.

fowler002: it was an upgrade and I decided to keep my old phone instead.

you should change your auction settings so only people with 5 or more positive feedback can bid. easy.

which network did you get the upgrade on?

I was looking to get it on orange but they wanted £110, I tried telling them that I've read(on this forum) people saying they got it for free on £30/month(I was on the racoon 35 so £35/month) but they wouldn't budge. so I've decided to go sim only on racoon 15(was told it'd be anytime unlimited landline but looking like its offpeak, anytime on racoon 25).

saw a few people selling their orange upgrade(1 may have been yours) going for under £300 and been tempted to bid but holding off as I'm trying to decide between a few different phones(1 of them being the g1).

Vodafone, got a good deal because I told them I was leaving. Decided the Omnia isn't for me, its too big and I love my old phone anyway (Nokia 6300).
