Scythe Card Reader & Floppy Drive

I bought one of these and got it delivered yesterday, and the floppy drive works fine. But I've just bunged an SD card in and nothing is happening. It didn't come with any connectors and I just bunged in the floppy drive cable from my motherboard to connect it along with the power cable. Am I missing something..? :confused:

Normally card readers connect to the USB headers. Normally that is. I've never seen on connected to a floppy before.

Do any of the other card ports work. may sound dumb but do you have the card the right way up? all my card readers they go in upside down.

Yeah mine go upside down as well (after connected to spare USB header on the motherboard).

Just tried putting it in upside down and it wouldn't go in. Will take the drive out later and see if there's anything I've missed. Cheers for your help anyway. I'll post later if I've managed to get it sorted, otherwise I'll have to give OcUK support a ring tomorrow.

It didn't come with a cable though..? All I got in the box was the drive.

Edit: Doh! Just gone through the packaging and found the cable now.
