firstly, its an extreme photoshop / mockup, so bloody obvious. its extreme because nobody could get there physically, not even with anything on the market to day.

Onto the next point, what do you mean by his knees not being able to support his body (should that ever become a reality)? Of course they would, otherwise he would never be the size he is or be able to walk onto the stage to do a posedown :p

Only when the use of steroids, growth hormone and diuretics threatens your wellbeing. What would large amounts of muscle mass have to do with shortening your life?

The heart is a muscle, and is trained and strengthed when doing exersise just like any other.

Bodybuilders have lower blood pressure, lower resting heart rate, increased stroke volume and incredibly efficient aerobic energy systems.

So no :)
