Asda, Morrisons... We Salute You!

You're looking at a tiny part of a massive issue.

Well it can't be that disastrous for the oil company's and owners of oil. Oil is trading at what, about the same price it was a couple of years ago? And this is after they have benefited from prices as high as $147 a barrel. I suppose I can see that this will possibly mean less investment in newer technology's and pipelines but I think we can defer that at such an important time.

Didn't realise it was that cheap yet! Down to 97.~ odd when I went to Shell yesterday. Will shop around a bit next time!

Still remarkable though, absolutely brimmed is only ~45 quid now.

Daaaang. 98.9p for super unleaded at Tesco around here. I can't remember the last time I got a higher litre reading than the price reading at the pump :)

Thats nothing to be chuffed about, it just means your car has a fuel tank so small that its maximum range is pathetically compromised? Do you have to fill up 4 times every Motorway trip?!

£30 to fill my tank ;)

Seems a bit crap compared to the Shell credit cards 6p windfall for 60 days then 3p. Plus it means you need to visit an Asda store, an experience I wouldnt wish on my worst enemy.

Thats quite good.....but have no shell garage near so asda it is, plus you get other discounts money back with asda.

I can get to inverness from Edinburgh on one tank in a micra @ 80+. Not that bad.

It really is only doubled (litres) in larger cars. Considering the design remit, its not that suprising. Don't see your point... he was talking about the cost... your just trumpeting for no reason. Oooh look at me and my big tank.. hmm
