motherboard chioce

My Asus Maxumus Formula died a few days ago, the supplier tells me they have none in stock and the offered me a choice of one of the following as replacement:

Asus Rampage Formula (Intel X48)
Asus Maximus II Formula

or are there any other boards I should consider?

this will be used to OC my Q6550, 8GB RAM

In your boots I'd save my cash, maybe consider the ASUS P5Q-Pro or similar?
